We are excited to announce that we finally sent in our application to adopt our second child!! We were going to send it when we first arrived home from picking up our son Andy in Taiwan in March 2009, but we decided to wait a while. While waiting, time just seemed to slip away so quickly but we finally got on the ball. For this adoption we are asking for an infant girl. We are anticipating approximately a 2 year wait, maybe a little longer. That's just fine because we have a very active toddler here to keep us busy and on our toes. I'm sure as the journey progresses I will start to get anxious about getting her home but for now I am settled in and ready for the wait.

Yippee!!! Congratulations on your announcement and on your journey to your little girl! I finally got a moment to search through my emails and save this blog on my blog (I haven't been good at any emails at all).
